• Which taxi providers can I book through the wegfinder app?

  With the wegfinder app, you can book taxis directly from the following providers: Taxi 40100 (Vienna), Taxis 2244 (Linz), Taxi 2024 (Wels) and Taxi 28888 (Villach).

• How do I book a taxi using the wegfinder app?

  Tap “Taxi” on the start screen and confirm your pick-up location. Make sure that your GPS/location services are enabled. You can then book the taxi directly.

• Why is €25 charged/reserved at the beginning of my taxi ride in the wegfinder app?

  At the beginning of your taxi ride, €25 is temporarily reserved to make sure that you can pay using your selected payment method. After the ride, the amount is released again. This can sometimes take a few days.

• I paid through the wegfinder app as well as in the taxi. What can I do?

  If you have already paid through the app, you do not need to pay again in the taxi. However, if you are charged twice, make sure to keep the receipt and contact us via the feedback form in the app. We will be happy to help you.

• Can I book an airport taxi through the wegfinder app?

  Special airport transfers are not available through the wegfinder app. However, you can book a regular taxi and use it for your journey to the airport.
