• Where can I use the wegfinder app?

  You can use the wegfinder app throughout Austria for public transport (ÖBB, Westbahn, regional transport associations, etc.) and sharing services. This means you can plan routes, purchase tickets and rent vehicles. The range of sharing services (e-scooters, car sharing, bike sharing) is particularly diverse in the provincial capitals. Looking for the best way to get from A to B? Use the start screen to plan your route. If you already know the best way to reach your destination, you can also book the appropriate vehicle or ticket directly from the start screen.

• How can I report a problem with the wegfinder app?

  Please use the “Send us a message” function in the app. You can find it under “Profile” - “Help & Feedback.” When you use this function, important information about the version of the app you are using is automatically transmitted. We need this information to process your request.

• How is personal data processed in the wegfinder app?

  We only process data that is necessary to provide our services. This purpose-specific limitation of data processing is already required under Article 5 of the General Data Protection Regulation. We have established a differentiated data deletion policy, ensuring that a defined deletion period applies to all data.
