• Which providers can I book through the wegfinder app?

  With the wegfinder app, you can book city bikes from the following providers: Lime, nextbike, S-bike, Stadtrad Innsbruck, VVT Regiorad and ÖBB Bike. 
  All Lime and S-bike bicycles are electric. Some ÖBB Bikes are also equipped with an electric motor.

• Can I reserve bicycles in advance?

  No, unfortunately this is currently not possible. Available bicycles are displayed directly in the wegfinder app.

• What can I do if scanning the QR code in the wegfinder app does not work?

  If the camera scan does not work, you can also enter the code manually.

• Why can't I book a bicycle even though it is shown as available?

  In some cases, bicycles may no longer be available for booking for quality and service reasons (for example, because the battery level is too low), even though they are shown as available in the wegfinder app. 
  We are working to display this information more accurately in the app.

• How do I unlock the bicycle lock using the wegfinder app?

  You will find the code for combination locks directly in the app after booking. Frame locks open automatically via Bluetooth as soon as you start the rental.

• How do I lock the bicycle using the wegfinder app?

  You will find the code for combination locks directly in the app after booking. If you want to lock a bicycle with a frame lock, simply close the lever on the lock manually.

• What happens if there is no free space available at my destination station?

  Even if all bicycle stands are occupied, you can end your ride at the station. 
  Please park the bicycle as close as possible to the designated bicycle stands and make sure that you do not block any sidewalks, access roads or other vehicles.

• How can I end my ride in the wegfinder app?

  Make sure you are in an authorized parking zone. Select the bicycle on the start screen. A map showing all nearby bicycle stations will then open.
  Depending on the provider you are using, you can return the bicycle at a station operated by the respective provider.
  Finally, follow the instructions in the app to end your rental.

• Will I receive an invoice in the wegfinder app?

  You can view your invoices on the same day as your booking under “Tickets & Trips” in your profile.
